Purpose & Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of websites, platforms, software, systems, diagnostics, and advisory services operated or provided by Fellowship Intelligence, LLC ("Fellowship Intelligence," "we," "us," or "our"). This policy applies to all clients, users, and third parties who access or use Fellowship Intelligence services in any capacity.

Software Platforms
Fellowship Intelligence software platforms and diagnostic programs
AI Tools
AI-enabled decision-support tools
Custom Systems
Custom systems developed or implemented through Fellowship Intelligence
Advisory Services
Advisory and consulting services and deliverables
Compliance With Laws
Users must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations when accessing or using Fellowship Intelligence services. Users may not use Fellowship Intelligence services to facilitate or engage in any unlawful activity.
Prohibited unlawful uses include, but are not limited to:
Fraud & Deception
Fraud, misrepresentation, or deceptive practices of any kind
Identity Theft
Identity theft or impersonation of individuals, entities, or organizations
Malicious Code
Distribution of malware, ransomware, spyware, or other harmful code
Unauthorized Access
Unauthorized access to computer systems, networks, or data
Privacy Violations
Violations of applicable privacy, data protection, or security laws
IP Infringement
Infringement of intellectual property rights
Prohibited Activities
Users may not use Fellowship Intelligence services to engage in activities that harm individuals, organizations, systems, or the public interest. Prohibited activities include:
Harassment & Abuse
Harassment, threats, intimidation, or abusive conduct directed at any person or organization
Violence & Crime
Promotion, facilitation, or incitement of violence or criminal activity
Unlawful Content
Creation, distribution, or use of unlawful content
Scams & Fraud
Operation of scams, fraudulent schemes, or deceptive campaigns
Security Bypass
Circumventing, tampering with, or attempting to bypass security measures or access controls
Standards Violations
Any use that violates applicable professional, ethical, or regulatory standards
Misuse of AI and Automation Systems
Fellowship Intelligence services may incorporate artificial intelligence systems or automation tools. Users may not use these systems to:
Deceptive Content
Generate misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent content
Automated Harassment
Conduct automated harassment or unsolicited communications campaigns
Impersonation Systems
Create or deploy systems intended to deceive, manipulate, or impersonate individuals or organizations
Unlawful Surveillance
Generate or facilitate unlawful surveillance tools or unauthorized monitoring systems
Malicious Software
Produce harmful or malicious software of any kind

Users remain responsible for the outputs they generate and how those outputs are applied.
System Integrity
Users may not interfere with the integrity, performance, availability, or security of Fellowship Intelligence systems, platforms, or service infrastructure.
What This Means
Fellowship Intelligence maintains strict controls over its systems and infrastructure. Any attempt to undermine these controls is a direct violation of this policy and may result in immediate enforcement action.
Prohibited Actions Include:
  • Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary software or models
  • Extracting or scraping system outputs at scale without express written authorization
  • Circumventing service limitations or access controls
  • Attempting to disrupt, degrade, or overload Fellowship Intelligence services or infrastructure
Third-Party Rights
Users may not use Fellowship Intelligence services in ways that infringe upon the rights of others, including:
Intellectual Property Rights
Copyright, trademark, trade secret, or patent rights belonging to any third party
Privacy Rights
Privacy rights or rights under applicable data protection laws
Confidentiality Obligations
Confidentiality obligations owed to third parties
Advisory Scope
Fellowship Intelligence provides advisory and analytical services only. Nothing delivered through Fellowship Intelligence services constitutes legal, financial, regulatory, fiduciary, or other licensed professional advice.
Users bear sole responsibility for decisions made in reliance on Fellowship Intelligence outputs, frameworks, or recommendations.
Enforcement
Fellowship Intelligence reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this policy. Upon identification of a violation, Fellowship Intelligence may take the following actions:

Suspend or Terminate Access
Suspend or terminate a user's access to services

Disable Affected Systems
Disable access to affected systems or deliverables

Pursue Legal Remedies
Pursue available legal or contractual remedies

Report to Authorities
Report unlawful activity to appropriate authorities where required by law

Enforcement actions may be taken without prior notice where circumstances warrant.
Governing Law
Jurisdiction
This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under or related to this policy are subject to the dispute resolution provisions set forth in the applicable engagement agreement.
Policy Updates
Fellowship Intelligence may update this Acceptable Use Policy periodically. Updated versions will be posted on the Fellowship Intelligence website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of Fellowship Intelligence services following the posting of an updated policy constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
